Frazier Rehabilitation Institute

I was transported over to Louisville, Kentucky. Rolled into Frazier Rehab on a gurney February 16, 2016 & walked out on my own 2 feet...SLOWLY...on April 10th. Thanks to my Homie, Dr Darryl Kaelin & all of the therapists, I made a miraculous recovery.
